To access the guest users features, you'll need a service provider to create your account. After you receive job approval email and go to log in to IronSight you'll be prompted to create a password.

Set up your account

Check your email for an approval request from noreply@ironsight.app and click the blue Review Job button. New users will be prompted to create a password.

Review job details

After logging in, you can view all job details in IronSight, including job type, location, and any attached photos or files.

Manage jobs

In your IronSight hub, you can approve or reject jobs, leave comments, and ask questions.

What is IronSight?

IronSight is a job management platform that makes it easy to stay informed and approve work with real-time updates. If you’ve been invited to use IronSight as a guest you can request, track, manage, and approve jobs for any service provider you are connected with.

What does it mean to be a guest user?

A guest user is someone invited by a company to access and approve jobs on IronSight. They can review job details, track progress, and provide feedback, but their access is limited to these tasks without needing a full account or paying fees.

How do I create my guest account?

To access the guest users features, you'll need a service provider to create your account. After you receive job approval email and go to log in to IronSight you'll be prompted to create a password.

Is there a cost for me to use IronSight as a guest?

No, being a guest user is completely free. You can approve, request, and track jobs as many jobs as you want for any service provider you are connected to. How do I approve or reject a job?

Log in to your IronSight account and click on the job you want to review. If the job is completed and ready for approval you can choose ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject.’ You can also add comments or feedback if necessary.

Can I track job progress in real-time?

Yes, IronSight allows you to track jobs in real-time, including viewing completed routes, job durations, and important updates and comments from the service provider.

What job details can I view?

As a guest user, you’ll have access to job details such as the job location, type, and all associated documents like photos, files, and logs.

What if I need help with using IronSight?

If you encounter any issues or have questions, you can contact the company you were invited by or visit our support center for assistance.

Can I request my own jobs through IronSight?

As a guest user, you can create job requests for any service providers who have connected with you in IronSight. For customizable job requests, automated workflows, and other configuration features, you'll need a paid subscription.

Can I be a guest for more than one service provider?

Yes, as a guest you can be connected with multiple service providers. If you are connected with more than one company in IronSight, you'll be able to see jobs for all of them in one place. 

What's the difference between a Guest and a Pro Account?

Guest accounts have limited access to IronSight's features. Automated workflows, customizable job requests, built-in analytics, digital forms, integrations, and configuration are just some of the features and functions you'll need a Pro account to use.
