To access the guest users features, you'll need a service provider to create your account. After you receive job approval email and go to log in to IronSight you'll be prompted to create a password.

No, being a guest user is completely free. You can approve, request, and track jobs as many jobs as you want for any service provider you are connected to. Log in to your IronSight account and click on the job you want to review. If the job is completed and ready for approval you can choose ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject.’ You can also add comments or feedback if necessary.
Yes, IronSight allows you to track jobs in real-time, including viewing completed routes, job durations, and important updates and comments from the service provider.
As a guest user, you’ll have access to job details such as the job location, type, and all associated documents like photos, files, and logs.

As a guest user, you can create job requests for any service providers who have connected with you in IronSight. For customizable job requests, automated workflows, and other configuration features, you'll need a paid subscription.
