Sales Enablement Content Designer

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Content Designer who is passionate about creating impactful sales and marketing materials. In this role, you will craft visually compelling content, streamline asset management, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Sales Enablement - 85%

  • Design and maintain presentation decks (both client-specific and template-based)
  • Develop case studies in multiple formats for different use cases
  • Create one-pagers and marketing collateral to support sales conversations
  • Assist in designing and managing individual webpages related to sales materials
  • Produce product mock-ups to support sales and marketing storytelling
  • Deliver motion graphics and basic video edits as needed

File & Asset Management - 10%

  • Organize marketing assets for easy accessibility
  • Maintain design consistency across all materials to align with IronSight’s branding

Basic Team Training & Process Improvement - 5%

  • Train internal team members on where to find sales and marketing resources and how to use templates to create their own materials
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and improve content creation workflows

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in graphic design, marketing design, or content creation in a B2B setting
  • Experience working on sales enablement materials, both in designing visuals and writing sales and marketing copy
  • Strong proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Canva, and MS Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Basic motion graphic and video editing skills
  • Basic motion graphic and video editing skills
  • Ability to work with and enhance existing design language
  • Strong file and asset management skills
  • A proactive approach to research and collaboration when developing content
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing goals—not just creating visually appealing assets, but ensuring they drive engagement and conversions

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in B2B Sales Enablement, B2B SaaS, and/or the Energy Industry is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Sales processes and requirements
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
